The Situation
Our client operates in the intersection of health care, media, and technology and hired us 1-year after setting up the business. At that point they had spent $1.5 million of investor money on R&D and multiple iterations of their product, but needed guidance on the launch of their MVP, raising further funds, and becoming post-revenue. With our breadth and depth of experience we were able to help them successfully navigate this difficult and critical stage.

After that, AngelytiX began leveraging the existing employees to work on operational processes that enabled the business to better understand its own logistics. Two months into this, AngelytiX became the official outsourced COO as well as helped assist the CFO in certain planning and forecasting needs.
The Results
Within 6 months the budget was optimized, and we were able to achieve the same output with a little over half of the prior budget. Teams operated on more of an ownership by project basis as opposed to broad and overlapping functions. Within 10 months of working together, the company was live with three consumer ready products after extensive beta testing and optimizing. Going into the next phase, AngelytiX helped the company raise an additional $1 million and shift focus to building monetization strategies and partnerships as the company transitioned to being post-revenue towards the end of 2019.
