Our client had an amazing outdoor wellness events company that was environmentally focused and uniquely positioned with various innovative events. Unfortunately, after a few years in operation growth was stagnant and they did not have a good understanding of customer behavior or the numbers in general. We were hired to help them understand the underlying business numbers better and make focused decisions that drive growth.
