Built business plan for a peer-to-peer, digital-marketplace platform within the retail industry

Our client came to us with an innovative idea in the retail space that specifically targeted travelers. Without having experience in building a business or raising funds he needed a detailed roadmap as well as a good sense of whether the idea could be turned into a feasible business.

The Situation

Our client presented us with an idea which he was really excited and serious about. We thought that it was worth pursuing for him and thus suggested refining and documenting the idea clearly. Our client had a limited budget, so we had to produce results in an efficient manner.

Our Process

Given the limited budget we delivered a multi-step approach that got him initial funding within three months which then further allowed him to spend time raising a larger amount for actual product development.

We spent some time discussing and refining his vision, making sure he was clear on what his product was. From this we built out a detailed roadmap, a presentation, and a business plan that was sufficient to show investors and partners to turn the business into a reality.
