Launched a non-profit aimed at helping veterans transition out of the military
Our client hired us to help her build a platform to provide resources, counsel, and easy access to benefits for veterans transitioning out of the military into civilian life.
The Situation
Our client, a veteran herself and already a founder of a different business, approached us to help her on a project she was extremely passionate about: She wanted to help fill an enormous need veterans had while transitioning out of the military with little guidance as to what to do next.
Our Process
Based on this, we mapped out the customer’s journey to then be able to segment needs in groups and refine bundled service offerings.
After learning about the underlying pain points, we started building a process to define the services that our client needs to offer in totality. Based on this, we mapped out the customer’s journey to then be able to segment needs in groups and refine bundled service offerings. From here we figured out what would be able to be solved internally and what would need partners for before putting all the pieces together.
The Results
After having a detailed service offering and clear business goals by potential customer segment, we helped build out a business plan and build a financial projection model to identify funding needs as well as optimize the product launch roadmap to get the company successfully launched.
Overall Timeline
6 months from idea to operating with funds raised.
